In 2006, the group established its wholly-owned Chinese subsidiary, éolane Electronics, which serves the medical, industrial control, rail, clean energy, premium consumer, and construction machinery sectors with reliable medium-to-low-volume solutions.
Pain Points
There are a wide variety of electronic raw materials that need to be stored, and they have specific requirements for the storage environment. éolane’s original warehouse area and shelf storage system could not meet these requirements, and daily picking and inventory management in the warehouse were also very difficult.
Solution
At the end of July 2021, éolane began automating the warehouse storage system using 6 Modula VLMs.
Modula and distributor Nineen Industrial customized electronic material racks to éolane’s needs, helping éolane achieve industry-leading storage density: 1,500 rolls per pallet. This solution solves the storage problem of electronic materials such as SMT rolls, pallet rolls, PCBs, and various packaging materials.
