Dalian Lewa Pumps is a company focusing on customized fluid solutions. Its main products include the R&D and manufacturing of metering pumps and process diaphragm pumps.
The company originated in Germany and was established in 1952. It currently has 14 subsidiaries on five continents around the world, and its business covers a wide range of industries such as petrochemicals, natural gas, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals.
Pain Points
Before 2023, Lewa Pumps will still use traditional shelves for warehouse management. However, due to the increasing types of materials, warehouse management has gradually become a headache for them:
- Storage space is tight: the materials are piling up more and more, but the space is becoming more and more limited.

Solution

The equipment operates continuously without fear of high-frequency scheduling. On average, there are hundreds of entries and exits every day, and it always maintains the same operating rhythm, without delays, crashes, or interruptions. In the entire system, it has become the most “stable” link. During the equipment debugging stage, our engineering staff reviewed its pallet lifting and pick-up and delivery displacements many times. Both the alignment accuracy and the smoothness of the pallet operation far exceeded expectations.
