For customers who already have Modula WMS installed in warehouse but need to link to Host system for automatic communication to let Host System taking full control, Modula Link is the ideal solution for you.
Modula Link is the WMS system to provide integration with external Host System, it has low-level control over a group of Lift OS machines, uses a set of commands communicate over a TCP/IP sockets channel, to give the higher control to company Host system.
Modula Link acts as the communication server: it opens a TCP port (configurable) and waits to receive commands from company Host System; when it receives a valid command from the external host system, it processes it and responds to host system to confirm.
Modula Link can be configured to handle commands from either a single customer (mono-customer communication) or from several different customers (multi-customer communication).
